We are thrilled to announce our sponsorship in the Women in Manufacturing 11th Annual Summit. This year's theme, Manufacturing HERoes is close to our hearts as we have the pleasure of working closely with incredible female leaders and men across the industry sector. This is the workforce that stepped up during the pandemic and continues manufacturing essential products. Our passion for this industry and the enormous impact manufacturing makes on our economy inspired us to ensure more women are made aware of the growing opportunities in companies and careers traditionally held by men. 

I am also happy to present a topic plaguing manufacturers and holding back our recovery - labor shortages. According to a study by the Workforce Institute at UKG, pre-pandemic 38% of manufacturers had trouble finding candidates with the right skills, and now, that number is 54%. This employment shortage is projected to intensify as vacant positions are expected to grow to approximately 2.1 million by 2030. Creating a winning talent strategy is going to be mission critical for these employers as the competition for talent continues to grow.
