Recognition is a critical part of our Red Caffeine employee experience. We do it as frequently as possible when the moments present themselves. Still, there is nothing that replaces the opportunity to celebrate our team in a big way.

The biggest way we celebrate each year is our AmBadAssadors award ceremony coinciding with our company anniversary. This year’s ninth anniversary party and the recognition awards took on a superpowers theme, honoring standout team members in five superhero-themed categories: The Champion of Values; The Defender of Righteousness; The KA-POW Award, The Save My Bacon Award and The Full Embodied Award. In addition to these awards, everyone took home a bucket filled with notes of gratitude and praise from their teammates. Seeing our team honored is what makes running a company so rewarding!

And the winners are…

Vice President of Client Services, Amy Anderson, received the KA-POW Award for her innovative contributions to Red Caffeine’s financial health, process improvements, and her unwavering support for our culture of learning. Now in her sixth year at RC, Amy continually finds impactful ways to help our agency thrive.

Senior Content Marketing Manager, Courtney Cebula, was voted The Champion of Values for her embodiment of the RC flava and core values. As a true team player who is always willing to provide a helping hand, Courtney has been an incredible resource, setting the bar for leadership and emotional intelligence. Courtney has earned the trust of her teammates on both a professional and a personal level, showing what we mean when we say “we play to win and we win together.”

The Defender of Righteousness Award was given to Senior Content Marketing Manager, Bill Skowronski, for exemplifying the RC client experience by developing deep relationships with our clients and advocating for them in strategic, forward thinking ways. Bill has become an integral part of several teams, helping to tell their story with knowledge and passion.

The Save my Bacon Award went to Art Director, Parker Lee, for consistently stepping in to help teammates navigate questions regarding technology, RC processes, and virtually anything that needs to be done on a daily basis. Parker is the personification of great teamwork. As any of us can attest, he is our “Mr. Fix-it” “Mr. Find-it” and “Mr.Teach-it.”

Web Developer, Parbhat Sharma, won The Full Embodied Award given to a highly trusted, passionate, energetic, and fearless leader. Parbhat was recognized unanimously by his peers as someone who always steps in to help get things done when it comes to all things technology

Congratulations to each of the 2022 award winners!
