SMI is a best-in-class contract manufacturer specializing exclusively in silicone molding and device assembly. They were consistently operating at full capacity and turning away new quote requests. SMI identified their top bottlenecks - manual assembly and the need for more automation - and we addressed the barriers to solving these bottlenecks - a partner and staffing strategy. Red Caffeine led the research, strategy, and execution to help them address this growth plateau.
