BECKER AVIATION FUELS GROWTH WITH INTEGRATED STRATEGY

Becker Aviation is a national stocking distributor for products in the aviation ground fueling industry. The East Dundee, IL company supplies equipment and accessories to airports small and large, and then supports those products in the field. Becker’s on-demand products, knowledge, and service make it easier for ground fuelers to get the right product, when they need it, nationwide. Until recently, customers could only place orders directly through one of three sales representatives or over the phone. Seeing behavior trends shifting towards online shopping, Becker wanted to give new and existing customers a more flexible and convenient buying experience, ensuring they could quickly find and purchase the products they needed online. We converted the existing website into an e-commerce platform that is open to the public and we actively invited customers to claim or create an online account on the new site to make purchasing easier in the future. We committed ad budget to several PPC campaigns to complement this effort, raise brand awareness, and generate traffic among new prospects with purchasing intent. We also launched an eight-email new customer nurturing sequence that personally thanked and welcomed them to Becker before promoting each manufacturer brand and product the company stocks.
